If you missed my story yesterday, I just found out that despite my seafood + shellfish allergy, I am not!! allergic to mollusks which are clams, mussels, calamari, octopus, scallops & oysters.
Soooo trying a scallop for the first time ever yesterday after spending my entire life thinking that if I ate one I literally might die….was a pretty crazy experience. I’m so pumped to start trying out some new recipes soon!! What do you want to see? Let me know so I can get to work!! (For now, my only seafood recipe = linguine and clams and it’s on my highlights!!)
