All you need are a few simple ingredients, and you’ve got an amazing vegan dip recipe. Try it out and let us know in the comments below what you thought of it!
– 1 cup cashews
– 1 cup water
– salt and pepper (generous)
– 1 tsp lemon juice
– 2 pieces of garlic
– about 2 tbsp fresh chopped basil
1. in a blender, place in your cashews, water, salt and pepper, lemon, and garlic
2. blend on high speed
3. chop your fresh basil
4. fold in your basil into the cashew sauce
