Daca vei incerca aceasta reteta, cu siguranta o vei mai face.
Compozitia de dovleac este cremoasa, iar aluatul sfaramicios.
Este una dintre cele mai bune prajituri pe care le-am gustat!

Ingrediente blat:
– 300g faina
– 200g unt rece taiat cuburi
– sare
– 70g zahar
– 2 galbenusuri
– 2 linguri de apa

Ingrediente umplutura:
– 800g dovleac dat prin razatoare
– 200ml smantana de gatit 30%
– 90g zahar
– 1 lingurita scortisoara
– un varf de cutit nucsoara
– coaja rasa de la 1 portocala
– 1 lingura vanilie
– 50g unt
– 3 oua la temperatura camerei

Instructiuni blat:
– framanta faina impreuna cu sarea si untul
– pune galbenusurile, zaharul, apa si amesteca pana obtii un aluat nelipicios care se rupe
– inveleste aluatul in folie de plastic si lasa-l la frigider minim 30 minute

Instructiuni umplutura:
– topeste untul in tigaie
– adauga dovleacul si zaharul
– prajeste dovleacul pana se inmoaie
– apoi pune scortisoara, nucsoara, vanilia, coaja de portocala si smantana de gatit
– amesteca pana se ingroasa, apoi opreste focul
– pune compozitia intr-un castron si amestec-o impreuna cu 3 oua.

– 300g of wheat flour
– 200g of cold butter cut into pieces
– salt
– 70g of sugar
– 2 yolks
– 2tbsp of water, or more, if it’s to dry, or more flour if it’s to sticky

Filling Ingredients:
– 800g of grated pumpkin
– 200ml cooking cream 30%
– 90g of sugar
– 1tsp cinnamon
– a sprinkle of nutmeg powder
– 1 orange grated peel
– 1tbsp vanilla essence
– 50g cold butter
– 3 eggs at room temperature

Dough instructions:
– knead the flour together with the salt and butter
– put the yolks, the sugar, and the water and mix until you get a non-sticky dough that breaks
– wrap the dough in plastic wrap or put it in a bowl and let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes

Filling instructions:
– melt the butter in the pan
– add the pumpkin and the sugar
– fry the pumpkin until soft
– add the cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, the orange peel and the cooking cream
– stir until thickened then turn off the heat
– put the composition into a bowl and mix it with 3 eggs
