So.Much.Chocolate ? Alright there’s a lot going on so lets break it down – sweet pastry case, soft caramel, flourless hazelnut brownie, creme pat, a disc of vanilla mousse topped with a chocolate glaze ? Piping the caramel was literally a dream (although I think I’ll skip it next time, not quite the right flavour for the tart). The glaze was also a pain in the ? but I just need to stop trying to mess around with gelatin quantities ? And for all of you that ask…wait for the end so that you can see the cut!
