Oh yes, it was messy! But sometimes it’ll get messy when you’re photographing food i.e. chocolate all over yourself and your kitchen!? These pb&j cups are super easy to make and super delicious, and since I’m guessing most of you are going to eat them straight after making them, and not messing around photographing them, I’m going to share the recipe with you below!⇩❤️

Pb&j cups med hemmagjord hallonsylt, choklad och flingsalt! Lite kladdiga att fotografera, men så goda!

PB&J CUPS (6 mini cups)
5 tbsp peanut butter
5 tbsp raspberry jam
150 g dark chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil
Sea salt
Directions:
Line a mini muffin tin with cupcake liners or use a muffin silicone mold.
Melt peanut butter in the microwave just until soft.
Melt chocolate + coconut oil in the microwave 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between.
Pour about 1 tbsp of melted chocolate into each muffin cup/mold.
Divide peanut butter and raspberry jam evenly on top. Spoon the rest of melted chocolate on top covering the peanut butter and raspberry jam. Sprinkle with sea salt.
Refrigerate until the chocolate has set before removing from the molds and serve.
