Living a homeless life for years now has shaped my priorities when it comes to travel. The very first thing I now look for in a new city is a place I can restore that sense of home. A place I can work, eat, and socialize. A place I resonate enough to build a routine around.
In my 20 days here in Canggu, Bali, Living Food Lab is that place for me. Living Food Lab is a brand new restaurant and co-creation space serving locally grown food that is vegan and gluten free, and addictively delicious. Today I had a chance to speak with the director of Living Food Lab, Pauliina Salmenhaara who in early 2017 decided to move to Bali and build this exciting new space for people to eat, live, and co-create together.
