▪ INGREDIENTS:
Chocolate: 300g Dark chocolate, 150g Heavy cream
Mint: 500g White chocolate, 200g Heavy cream, 1Tbsp Mint liqueur

▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Double boil 300g Dark chocolate to melt and pour 150g Heavy cream slowly to mix.
2. Double boil 500g White chocolate to melt and pour 200g Heavy cream slowly to mix. Then put 1 Tbsp Mint liquor and mix it well.
3. Pour dark chocolate in a square container and put it in freezer for an hour.
4. Then pour mint chocolate on top of the dark chocolate and put it in the freezer again for 1 hour.
