    Phyllis, you know how to make a "roux". Excellent skill and technique, and I love that you cook the leftover pork in the gravy. The "Old Bay" seasoning comes from Baltimore, I believe, and can be ordered online from several site – (King Arthur Flour had it for a time). I'm definitely doing this the next time I have leftovers! :D
