Jamie Oliver’s Food Tube Star Competition:

Recipe: Tuna Avocado Tartare

Ingredients:
Rice:
200 gr sushi rice
300 ml water
5 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sugar

Guacamole:
1x avocado
1 tsp lime juice
1x clove of garlic
2-3 tbsp olive oil
1x salt & pepper

Tartare:
200 gr tuna fillet
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil

Cocktail sauce:
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp whisky
1x salt, pepper & cayenne pepper

Olive Tapenade:
100 gr black olives
2-3 tbsp olive oil
1x clove of garlic
1x parsley
1x salt & pepper

Ingredients and recipe for 4 pieces.
Each piece has approximately 725kcal / 3050kj (50 gr carbohydrates, 21 gr protein and 49 gr fat).

This is my entry for Jamie Oliver’s Search for a Food Tube Star with Uncle Ben’s competition.

Whether with tuna or vegetarian… It’s delicious, quick and easy to serve.
I like the way the flavors melt together and the smell of freshness. It’s colorful and most importantly it’s healthy and you will love it.
