Jamie Oliver’s Food Tube Star Competition:
Recipe: Paella rolls in a serrano ham coat
Ingredients:
1x chicken breast
1x portion of seafood
1x little onion
2x cloves of garlic
3x bay leaves
150 gr of paella rice
150 ml white wine
250 ml of chicken broth
1/2 tsp of saffron
50 gr sun-dried tomato
50 gr peas
some chilies
slices of serrano ham
Ingredients and recipe for 4 portions.
Each portion has approximately 565kcal / 2380kj (36 gr carbohydrates, 54 gr proteins and 20 gr fat).
This is my entry for Jamie Oliver’s Search for a Food Tube Star with Uncle Ben’s competition.
This is a fantastic starter filled with flavours of Spain. Chicken, shrimps, Serrano ham, saffron and seafood, all this flavors in one bite. You can serve the rolls like a starter, amuse bouche or for an apéro. Serving it with some olives would round it perfectly.
