Mulberry, Tuna & Chick Pea Salad

Chickpea Tuna Salad with mulberries is perfect for lunch! Quick and easy for meal prep! Healthy and filling, this mayo-less Tuna Salad is loaded with protein and Omega 3s and tastes even better the next day.

I’ve had this salad on my mind and realized I had all the ingredients on hand to whip this up, and I loved it! This would make a great meal prep lunch specially when the family have had too much of the good thing and ask for simpler pleasures 😡😡, pair this along with some toast or over it as well for an open sandwich – you can also double the recipe, the flavors only get better then next day. Lettuce is totally optional, there’s the goodness of hemp seed oil & hemp hearts, no mayo indulgence and I drizzled some lemon juice and loved how it turned out with diced red radish.
