▪ INGREDIENTS:
5 Fish cake, 15 Eggs, 5 Korean sausage, 5 Rice cake, 5 Sausage, 2 Handful Leek
4 Cup Dried anchovy broth, 4Tbsp Korean red pepper paste, 3Tbsp Korean red pepper flakes, 3Tbsp Corn syrup, 3Tbsp Rice wine, 2Tbsp minced Garlic, 2Tbsp Soy sauce, 3Tbsp Ketchup, 2Tbsp Sugar, Pinch of Pepper.

▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Place 5 fish cakes, 5 sausages, 5 Korean sausages, 15 cooked eggs, and 5 rice cakes into wooded chopsticks.
2. Put 4cup dried anchovy broth, 4Tbsp Korean red pepper paste, 3Tbsp Korean red pepper flakes, 3Tbsp corn syrup, 2Tbsp sugar, 2Tbsp minced Garlic, 2Tbsp Soy sauce, 3Tbsp Ketchup, 3Tbsp rice wine, pepper in a large flat pot and boil.
3. When the broth starts to boil, put all the skewers in the pot and sprinkle the broth on top by using spoons.
4. When the skewers starts to cook put 2 handful of chopped leeks and boil again until the broth gets thicken.
