Ingredients

Paneer cubes : 2 cups
Onion : 1 cup
Tomato : 1 cup
Ginger – garlic paste : 1 tsp
Red chilly powder : 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder : 1 tsp
Cashewnut : 3 tbsps
Butter : 2 tbsp
Kasuri methi : 1 tsp
Salt : as needed
Oil : 1 tbsp

Method

Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan ,fry paneer with little salt and keep aside.
Heat 1 tbsp butter in the same pan , add onion ,tomato, ginger – garlic paste , cashews and fry for 3- 4 minutes .
Remove from flame and let it cool.
Grind to a smooth paste.
Heat oil in the pan, reduce the flame , add red chilly powder, garam masala powder, sugar , mix for a second.
Immediately add the ground paste, little water .
Add salt , fresh cream , mix and let it cook for few minutes.
Add kasuri methi and fry.
Cover & cook for another another minute.
Remove from flame & enjoy..
