Cooked chick peas – 1/2 cup
Capsicum – 1/2 diced
Red Onion – 1 diced
Tomato – 1 , deseeded and diced
Cucumber – 1 , deseeded and diced
Coriander leaves – freshly chopped, handful

Dressing :
Extra virgin olive oil – 1 tbsp
Honey – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 4 , mashed
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
