    the recipe is excellent, chef is charismatic. Only thing is: video is way too long. My suggestion: is people want to make a tartare, they knows how to cut tomatoes or avocado. You would get way more view with shorter video. Maximum 5 minutes for a recipe. Just go straight to the point: bam bam bam. Works really well. I like your channel, you have excellent ideas and recipes. But the lenght of videos is a problem. it takes me 5 minutes to make a tartare and this video lasts 15 :)

    freezing doesn't kill bacteria. It just makes the bacteria inactive. Once you thawed any frozen food still the bacteria will be there if the food gets contaminated before freezing or during freeze.
