here’s 2 variations of the dumbbell front squat to burn those baby quads & glutes ???
heel elevated front squats: first one I had my feet flared a bit more outward to target the glutes (it hits the quads too but I felt glutes a lil bit more), whereas the 2nd clip shows more of a straight foot which reallyyyy targeted the quads ?
(PSA that everyone’s biomechanics are different, and some people may not “feel” certain exercises in the muscle it is targeting as well as others do! don’t get this confused with someone doing the exercise hella wrong though lmfao)
