Gimbap Challenge day!!?


▪ INGREDIENTS:
Shrimp, Cutlet Pork, Tuna, Perilla Leaf, Burdock, Carrot, Ham, Egg, Pickled Radish, Ready-To-Eat Rice, Mayonnaise, Salt, Sesame Seeds, Pankos, Flour

▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Season 60g pork loin, 2 shrimp with salt and little bit of pepper.
2. Coat the seasoned pork and shrimp with flour, egg, and pankos then deep fry.
3. Oil the pan and in a low heat, cook thin omelet with two beaten eggs.
4. Add 2 hams to oiled area, and 1 handful carrots to non-oiled area. Season with sesame oil, salt and stir fry quickly in high heat.
5. Put 2 piece of Gim on top of gimbap roller, and spread 1.5 serving of salt seasoned rice.
6. Place 1 perilla leaf (sliced in half) , 4 Tbsp tuna (removed oil), and 1 Tbsp mayonnaise.
7. Add sliced thin omelet, roasted carrot, 5 burdock, roasted ham, 1 pickled radish, 2 sliced tonkatsu, 2 fried shrimp, and roll.
8. Put sesame oil on your hands and on the gimbap. Cut it to bite-size.
9. Finish off with sesame seeds.
