I did some Fall Cooking and Baking! Loaded Baked Potato Soup and Pumpkin Bars. I used Recipes from one of my favorite cookbooks! I will link it here ⬇️

Nordicware Pan:

Best Ever Potato Soup Recipe (ABC cookbook)
6 bacon strips, diced
3 c. potatoes, cubed
1(14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
1 sm. carrot grated
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 T. parsley flakes, dried
1/2 t. celery seed
1/2 t. pepper
1/2 t. salt
3 c. milk
3 T. flour
1 8oz velveeta cheese
directions : In a large saucepan, cook bacon until crisp, and drain. Add potatoes, broth, carrots, onion, parsley, celery seed, salt, and pepper. Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender, approx. 15 min. Combine flour and milk until smooth, add to soup. Bring to a boil, boil and stir for 2 minutes. Add cheese, stir until cheese is melted and soup is heated through.
add any other toppings you wish!

Pumpkin Bars
2 c. white sugar
1 12 c. oil
2 c. pumpkin
4 eggs
2 c.flour
1/2 t. salt
2 t.baking soda
2 t. powder
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. vanilla
Frosting:
1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. margarine
2 c. powdered Sugar
1/2 t. vanilla
Mix in large mixing bowl, pour in 10×15″ jelly roll pan Bake 350 degrees. Cool. Mix frosting ingredients, and spread on bars.
