Ever wonder the side dish that comes out with Korean BBQ? This is it!


▪ INGREDIENTS:
1 Radish, 3 cup Water, 2cup Vinegar, 2 cup Sugar, 1/2Tbsp Salt
1Tbsp Wasabi powder, 1/2Tbsp Gardenia powder
Inside: Yellow and Red Paprika, Radish sprouts, Chicken breast.

▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Slice 1 Radish very thin and try to keep them in round shape as possible.
2. Put 3 cup Water, 2 cup Vinegar, 2 cup Sugar, 1/2Tbsp salt in a pot and boil
3. Divide boiling water into 3 separate portions and put 1/2Tbsp gardenia powder in one pot. And put 1Tbsp Wasabi powder in another pot.
4. Pour 3 different kinds of water into the sliced radishes.
5. Leave it for at least 24 hours to ferment.
6. Enjoy it with variety of vegetables inside and chicken breast.
