PAN SEARED RIB EYE & SCALLOPS

Ingredients:
1 10 oz. @5280meat grass-fed rib eye steak
4 oz. @sizzlefishfit scallops
@flavorgod Himilayan Pink Salt & Peppercorn and Garlic Lovers
2T ghee butter

Directions:
Steak: In a hot cast iron skillet, melt 1 T ghee and sear rib eye for 2 minutes per side and season with @flavorgod Himilayan Pink Salt & Peppercorn and Garlic Lovers. Remove from skillet and let rest before cutting for a medium cooked steak.
Scallops: In a hot skillet add 1T ghee and cook scallops for about 3 minutes per side, turning every minute or so and basting with ghee each turn. Add @flavorgod Himilayan Pink Salt & Peppercorn and Garlic Lovers seasonings.
