^^Subscribin’ Makes You Feel Good ^^^
Have you ever found yourself in the mood for pizza but didn’t have the time to make the dough from scratch?
Today I will show you how to make a mini crustless pizza out of parmesan cheese.
You will need finely grated parmesan cheese, other cheeses won’t work.
For toppings I’m using what I have on hand, which is bacon, pepperoni, and diced red onion.
I’m also using Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes.
Preheat your oven to 300 degrees.
Place a sheet of aluminum foil or a silicon mat on top of a half sheet pan.
Measure off 1/4 of a cup of parmesan cheese and create a thin disk of cheese on the pan.
It should be 6 to 8 inches in diameter
Sprinkle the tops with the Italian seasoning and place in the middle of the 300 degree oven for 5 to 6 minutes, or until golden.
After taking them out of the oven, you can leave your cheese disks flat if you want, or place them on a small saucer to create a slight cup.
Place any toppings you want on top and let the cheese cool for about 5 minutes or until it becomes rigid.
