From Carenderia to Fine Dining!
Meet Chef June Fernandez. He grew up helping out in his Grandparents' Carenderia that specialized in Balbacua, pochero and other local favorites. His love for food brought him to work in fast food restaurants and he ended spending years cooking in Cebu’s top resort hotel. He even dominated the local cooking contest for years. Chef June is now the head chef of Scape Skydeck, one of Cebu’s emerging dining places.
