▪ INGREDIENTS:
200g Compound Chocolate
Espresso syrup: 120g Brown sugar, 120g water, 30g Espresso, 1 Tbsp Butter

▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Put compound chocolate into a bowl and put it the microwave for 1 min 30 sec to melt.
2. Stir it every 30 seconds.
3. Pour melted chocolate into a cube container and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
4. Flip the chocolate and pour out the less hardened chocolate. Then refrigerate it again.
5. Refrigerate 10 minutes
6. Put 30g Espresso powder, 120g Brown sugar, 12g water and boil. Then add 1Tbsp butter to complete the syrup and cool it down.
7. Pour the espresso syrup into the chocolate cube and cover with melted chocolate
8. Refrigerate for 10 minutes
