Butter Milk Cheddar Biscuits Recipe
Episode: 51 Suitable for Vegetarian
6 Cups of all purpose flour
4 teaspoon of baking powder
2 teaspoon of salt
1 cups of melted butter
225 grams of grated cheddar
2 cups of buttermilk (2 cups of milk mix with 2 tsp of white vinegar stir and let sit for 5 minutes)
1) Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper and set aside.
2) In a large bowl add flour, baking powder, grated cheddar and salt mix well, add the buttermilk and knead the dough until becomes together.
3) Divide the biscuit dough into 18 big or 24 small sizes set them on the baking trays bake for 25 minutes or until done.
