Bulgogi + Gimbap = ❤


▪ INGREDIENTS:
– 100g Shoulder Meat (For Bulgogi), 1 Serving Cooked Rice, 1/2 Sliced Onion, 3 Sheet Sliced Lettuce, 30g Sliced Carrot, 3 Piece Sliced Garlic, 2 Egg, Salt, Kimchi, Ssamjang
– Bulgogi Sauce: 1 Tbsp Sugar, 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic, 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil, Pepper

▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix 100g of shoulder meat (for bulgogi) with 1 Tbsp sugar, 1 Tbsp minced garlic, 3 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp sesame oil and pepper. Marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Add seasoned bulgogi and 1/2 sliced onion to a heated pan and stir-fry.
3. Add cooking oil to a heated pan and pour 2 beaten eggs to make scrambled eggs.
4. Add oil to pan and stir-fry 30g sliced carrot with a pinch of salt.
5. Add 1 serving of cooked rice on top of dried seaweed paper. Add scrambled eggs, stir-fried carrots, bulgogi, 3 sheets of sliced lettuce, 3 pieces of sliced garlic and roll it over.
