Steak & Chimichurri!! a match made in heaven:

For the Chimichurri:
1 -1½ cups cilantro or flat leaf parsley
1Tbsp fresh oregano, or 1tsp dry
2 cloves garlic
⅓ cup olive oil
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar (optional)
1+ tsp fresh lime juice (optional)

4 – 1½ ” Thick Steaks
(we did boneless Rib Steaks, Tenderloin is great)
4 Tbsp crushed black peppercorns
Kosher or coarse salt to taste
1Tbsp oil

    I recently went to an Argentina steak house while in Puerto Rico. After returning home I had to find a recipe for the Chimichurri sauce. I'm grilling a steak tonight and making this for sure!! I think that the fresh peppercorn makes a HUGE difference and also the quality of your sea salt. Thanks for sharing the awesome video.
