Generally goes with Salad of Onion & Cucumber along with Mustard Sauce as an evening Snack

Ingredients:

Oil – 1 & ½ tbsp

Cumin 2 tsp

1 Dry Red Chilli

Peanuts (1/2 cup)

Beetroot – Blanched

Potato – Boiled

Green chilli – 1/2

Ginger – 1 inch (Grated)

Salt – to Taste

Roasted Cumin Powder 1 tsp

Coriander powder – ½ tsp

Sugar – ½ tsp

Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp

For the Coating ;

Corn Flour ¼ Cup

Maida – ¼ cup

Water to make a batter

Breadcrumbs – ½ cup

Oil – to Deep Fry
