#TacoTuesday Bacon Cheeseburger Quesalupa! Full Recipe Below! ??

✅ Macros for the WHOLE Quesalupa: 465 Cals, 20g Carbs, 20.5g Fat, 48g Protein!
2 Josephs Pitas (can use any low carb tortilla too)
4oz @TraderJoes 96/4 Lean Ground Beef
1.5oz (42g) @TraderJoes Light Mozzarella
2 Slices Turkey Bacon
32g Low Fat Queso. Just 3g fat or less)
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 550 degrees. Take one of your pitas and spray both sides with non stick butter spray. Then add it to your taco holder and Add to oven. Cook until it’s golden. Should take like 3-5 minutes. Keep an eye on it.
2️⃣ Now once that is done, take out and spray your other pita with butter spray and add 28g of your mozzarella and 16g of your queso to it. Then cover add that one around the now hard shell pita and add back to taco holder and add to oven for 3 minutes.
3️⃣ While all this is taking place, you will want to make your burger and bacon. You will want to make a thin patty with the ground beef that is a similar circular shape of the pita to ensure it will fit perfectly. Add to pan on (7 out of 10 heat) and cook for a minute or so on each side. Cook up bacon too.
4️⃣ Now take out your quesalupa sheet and add your burger, 14g more cheese, rest of queso, bacon and then put back in the oven for 2-3 more minutes! Should be dripping cheese when you know it’s ready!
5️⃣ Now take out and enjoy the flavor bomb!!!
