▪ INGREDIENTS:
Marshmallow: 5 Gelatin sheet, 60ml Water, 180g Sugar, 100g Corn syrup, Plain Pocky stick
Chocolate flavor: 10g Cocoa powder, Plain Pocky sticks

▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Put 60ml Water, 180g Sugar, 100g Corn syrup in the pot and boil
2. Soak 5 Gelatin sheet in the water until they are soft.
3. Put soaked gelatin sheets in the syrup mix and whip until the mixture is very thick.
4. Divide whipped marshmallows into two separate bowls and put 10g Cocoa powder in one bowl and whip again.
5. Cover the plain pocky sticks with marshmallows and chocolate marshmallows.
6. Then cover the marshmallow pocky sticks with corn starch.
7. Leave them in room temperature for 1 hour to dry.
