Aloo Pops Recipe | Potato Pops Recipe | Brisk Kitchen

Ingredients
Boiled potatoes – 3 mid sized
Chopped onion – 1 small
Chopped coriander – 1 tablespoon
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Amchur powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin seeds powder – 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger-garlic paste – 1/2 teaspoon
Bread crumbs – 4 teaspoons
Corn flour – 2 teaspoons
Water – 20 ml
Bread crumbs – 50gm
Italian seasoning – 1 teaspoon
Chilli flakes – 1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil – 500 ml

Preparation
In a bowl mash the boiled potatoes. Add onion, coriander, salt, amchur powder, cumin seeds powder, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste and bread crumbs. Mix well and roll into small balls. Set aside.
Add water to corn flour, and mix well. Set aside.
In a bowl mix bread crumbs, Italian seasoning and chilli flakes. Set aside.
In a wok heat oil. Dip the potato balls in the corn flour mix, coat with the bread crumbs mix and deep fry till golden brown.
