Kaali masoor ki Daal recipe in Hindi

As we all know that daal is an integral part of every household in India. There are the variety of lentils which are prepared in various different way in the country and every house has its own flavour since the style of cooking daal keeps changing on every few kilometers distance. Our country has a unique flavor that the same dish has different taste in different locations here. The local spices have a great contribution to this. Today I am sharing one of my favourite recipe which is Black lentils also known as Kaali Masoor ki daal. Please watch my video and if you like the recipe don’t forget to subscribe my channel. Ingredients:
3/4 cups, kali masoor (whole red lentil)
3 medium onion, finely chopped
4 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Red Chilly powder
1 Tsp Haldi (Turmeric)
2 Tsp Coriander
1/2 Tsp garam masala
1/2 Tsp Jeera (Cumin)
10 Garlic cloves (crushed)
Half a inch Ginger (crushed)
2 Tbsp Cooking oil
3-4 spoon Coriander
2 Red chillies (whole)
4 Garlic cloves (chopped)
1 Tbsp Desi Ghee
