Ingrediente;
Nuca de Cocos 200 gr+120 gr pentru invelit
Ciocolata Alba 100 gr
Unt de Cacao 20 gr
Mascarpone 80 gr
Lapte Condensat 30 gr
Foi de Napolitane 25 gr (obtional)
Alune sau Fistic cca 30 buc

Mod de Preparare;
Topim ciocolata cu untul de cacao ,apoi punem laptele condensat si mascarpone,nuca de cocos.
Amestecam bine ingredientele si lucram ca un aluat.Punem compozitia la rece pentru 5 minute(acoperim cu film alimentar)
Formam bile de cca 15 gr ,si introducem in fiecare biluta o bucata de aluna sau fistic,dam o forma rotunda si le tavalim prin nuca de cocos.
Am obtinut cca 35 de bucati de Raffaello.

*Daca doriti sa fie mai dulci puteti complecta cu inca putin lapte condensat sau zahar pudra.
