In this easy cooking video, I make a vegetable beef soup in my Instant Pot Ultra 60 pressure cooker using a beef chuck roast. The ingredients I used are a 2 lb beef chuck roast, 10 baby red potatoes, 3 stalks of celery, 5 carrots, 1 onion, 4 cups of water, 2 beef bouillon cubes, a sprinkle of Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tablespoon of onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste. I also added 1 lb of frozen mixed vegetables at the end. I cooked this on the pressure cook setting for 25 minutes and let the pressure release naturally on it’s own.
